Overview

Active Mail Scheduler
The Active Mail scheduler allows you to create schedules to automatically download new email using configurable rules. The scheduler works in combination with the advanced mail synchronisation features of Active Mail to provide a powerful email solution. This feature allows you to slash your communications costs by downloading most of your mail and all large documents at off-peak hours.

NEW! E-mail Processing Rules
The Active Mail rules engine allows you to define flexible mail processing rules, allowing you to automatically download or delete messages based on the subject line, sender address, size and priority.

Advanced mail synchronisation
Active Mail allows you to conveniently download large emails - in unattended mode and/or in a batch. Plus fully synchronise IMAP mail folders i.e. full messages and not headers only. The Active Mail synchronisation functions can be used interactively, or as part of a scheduled download.

Automatically process e-mail notifications
Active Mail will process e-mail notifications received via SMS and, based on configurable rules, automatically retrieve new e-mails as they are received in your remote inbox.

Send e-mails quickly, cheaply, and easily with m-Mail
Active Mail provides an m-Mail editor to allow you to easily send messages to one or more email recipients.

Easy to use, familiar interface
Active Mail provides a familiar interface, styled on the Communicator's built-in Messaging application. Active Mail can be configured to automatically start at system reset, and is linked to the 'Messaging' application button as a secondary application: Pressing the 'Messaging' button twice switches to Active Mail.
