Advanced E-mail Synchronisation

Easy management of multiple e-mail accounts

Active Mail makes the management of multiple email accounts a simple process. Download new mail and synchronise multiple accounts with one button press using Active Mail. The command interface informs the user which accounts have synchronised folders, and which have emails marked for full download.

Full synchronisation of IMAP folders

The Nokia 9200 Communicator only supports the automatic download of messages into the 'Inbox' folder of an IMAP account. If the user wishes to download messages from other folders, these messages must be specifically selected and manually downloaded.

Active Mail allows you to automatically configure specific IMAP folders to be automatically synchronised. This synchronisation can be executed interactively by the user through the Active Mail interface, or as part of a scheduled mail download.

Convenient download of large e-mails

Active Mail removes the inconvenience of downloading large e-mails. Mark the message headers of those mails to be downloaded, and they will be automatically downloaded as part of the next scheduled mail download. Or select to download all the marked messages - across different folders and services - immediately through the Active Mail interface.
