Reseller Sites

Registration keys for Active Desk and Active Mail are also available for purchase at a number of on-line resellers. Registration can be paid using any of the methods supported at the respective sites.

Registration Process

The registration process differs slightly depending on the registration site chosen above. However, in all cases you will need to provide your Communicator's IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) code as part of the process. A registration key will be generated based on this code and sent to you via email.

Getting Your Phone's IMEI Code

Via The Phone Interface Enter the keys "*#06#" on the keypad. The IMEI code will be shown in the phone's display.

Via the PDA Interface (Nokia 9200 Series only) From the Telephone application, select Tools -> Serial Number (IMEI) from the menu. The IMEI code will be displayed in an information dialog.
