requirements gathering, through functional and technical specification,
to implementation, system integration, test, service deployment

Custom Developments
Our off-the-shelf products offer the flexibility to meet the most
demanding of requirements. Nevertheless, this is an emerging space
and operators' strategies and requirements vary, especially in the
area of the on-phone user interface.
Designing an on-phone user experience to network data services
has many stakeholders to satisfy. This, combined with the subjective
nature of user interface design, has led us to develop a project
model which matches the reality of changing requirements as the
user interface is experienced.
We offer an evolutionary approach based on rapid prototyping and
an iterative model of design, build, experience, feedback. We do
not restrict our customers to fixed up-front requirements as is
traditional in the world of software. Our model leaves the operator
free to employ focus groups on which to test various flavours of
the UI and then feed the results back into the UI development.
